Eat & Drink

While you're in Rome, be sure to check out some of the city's best spots for food and drinks. There are tons of rooftop bars for a great aperitivo, along with amazing restaurants all around. Our favourites include Osteria da Fortunata, Tonnarello, and Two Sizes if you're in the mood for the best tiramisu in town!

Questions

  • What Happens If I Don't RSVP On Time?
If we don’t receive your RSVP by the 17th of March, we will assume you're unable to attend. We will really miss celebrating with you, but we need to give our venue and caterers an accurate guest count by their deadline, so we can’t accept late RSVPs. Thanks so much for understanding - we can’t wait to celebrate with those who can join us!
  • Can I bring a Guest?
We are so excited to celebrate this special day with our nearest and dearest! In order to keep the celebration intimate, we are hoping to keep the guest list limited to those invited. Thank you so much for understanding!
  • Is There A Dress Code?
The dress code for the Welcome Reception is Cocktail Attire. We kindly request that men wear a suit or dress shirt with a tie, and women wear a midi- or knee-length dress, or dressy separates. For the Ceremony and Wedding Reception, the dress code is Black Tie. We ask that men wear a formal suits and women wear floor-length gowns. While we don’t want to limit your choice of colours, we kindly remind guests that white is reserved exclusively for the couple.
  • How do we get to the venue?
Both Chiesa di Sant'Ignazio di Loyola and Villa Aurelia are centrally located in Rome, making them easily accessible by a quick ride from most places in the city center. For your convenience, it's simple to arrange a local taxi from your hotel or accommodation to the venues. Additional transportation details will be provided soon, so please be sure to check the website for updates!
  • Can I take photos during the ceremony?
Our wedding ceremony will be an unplugged occasion, and we kindly ask that you remain present with us, without the distraction of devices. We have professional photographers on hand to capture all the special moments, and we’re excited to share those beautiful photos with you afterward. While we ask that no photos be taken during the ceremony, feel free to take pictures during the reception and at other parts of the celebration. Your presence and attention during the ceremony means the world to us!
  • What should I do if I have dietary restrictions?
If you have any dietary restrictions or allergies, please let us know when you RSVP. We will be happy to work with our caterers to accommodate your needs.
  • Do you have a wedding registry?
Your presence at our wedding is truly the best gift we could ask for! However, if you would like to contribute to our future together, we would be grateful for any monetary gifts, as we’re unable to accept other types of gifts due to the nature and destination of our celebration.
